What Caroline is preaching is all spin. I worked for BT for 32 years and when I became disabled and ill due to BT's poor treatment of me and many 100's of others - BT was happy to get rid of us. At one stage I asked Caroline about care of disable people in BT and her replied to me was that "How long BT could take care of Disable people, we have to get rid of then" unaware that this conversation was recorded. On several occasions I have challenged her to come face to face with me on national TV or radio and to date she refused to accept my invitation. What Caroline has to tell people outside BT and what goes on inside BT are two different things. She is all mouth with very devious HR policies. BT stinks with people like her and when ever she get challenged to face truth- all she does is to get in touch with company solicitors to contact the police. Please do not confuse her for all good things she is telling us? Once you work for BT hell follows.
