The Global Fellowship Program was launched for young people to gain an understanding of what it will take to compete in, and contribute to the new global economy. We interviewed four young students who visited Brazil, India and China as a part of this programme, wherein they went to a local school, lived with local host parents and worked with a multinational organisation.
Salim visited Brazil as a Global Fellow. While living, studying and working there he realised how one must be a global citizen of the world. Having worked with Cadbury’s in Brazil, he reemphasised the importance of competing with a global world, and how one must possess the social skills to live in this globalised world.
