Kind of a mind-boggling situation… but not one peer-reviewed paper published in the last thirty years can refute that statement.Basically, the earth needs a new operating system, you are the programmers, and we need it within a few decades.

On Tuesday the 24th May 2011 Paul Walsh Chief Executive Officer, Diageo plc, gave this presentation at the RSA. In it he set out a new agenda for business - to prioritise sustainable value or fail.     A transcript and a video of Paul's powerful speech are linked in. 

 In November 2009 AISEC along with Kairos Futures conducted a survey of over 3,000 young people from around 122 countries about their views on climate change. The results were telling. 73% of respondents believe climate change to be a greater threat to society than the war or terrorism, and nearly all see their main responsibility as being to leave the world in better shape than their parents did.
