In this fascinating interview Anant Nadkarni, Vice President, Group Corporate Sustainability at Tata Group, discusses Tata's approach to corporate sustainability and business as a whole. In it he goes into his role in facilitating a council of managing directors of almost 45 major Tata Group compaines, which works to evolve ideas of best practice. Entrepreneurs in Action is a dynamic organization working with the public and private sector to develop the entrepreneurial and financial skills of the next generation.  EiA offer programmes and activities which unlock the untapped talents of young people, and work in partnership with successful companies to give students a real taste of enterprise through hands-on business challenges and learning programmes. Andreas is from Trinity school, Croydon, and worked through EiA with Wizz kids, a charity that helps disabled children. He headed his team in a project to develop a marketing scheme that would put Wizz kids in the public eye, and in the process discovered that everyone is talented. He also feels that it is important for business and society to co-exist, being corporate and social citizens to mutually benefit each other and be sustainable.

This video is about Alice Tepper Marlin, one of the early architects of Corporate Responsibility.In the 1960s a small advert placed once in the New York Times led to 700 enquiries for the "Peace Portfolio" she was building.Since then she has made several innovations in how analyst measurement can lead to changes in company behaviour ("It would really change decisions in coprorate boardrooms") and in defining and measuring workplace standards.
