Bill Becker is the Executive Director of the Presidential Climate Action Project (PCAP) who have been tasked with creating a 100 day action plan that sets the agenda for President Obama focussing on what the administration can do under its own authority in its days in office to combat climate change. Furthermore he speaks of his hope for what Obama and his team can do in combatting climate change, where America is currently as a carbon emitter, what it needs to do in terms of creating a new green economy.
